OUR SEARCH PROCESS
Hreshko Consulting Group will analyze each search engagement after an in-depth discussion with the client detailing specific position requirements. We will then develop a list of potential source companies which the search will center upon, as well as a plan that will focus on attracting the most qualified candidates.
All of our Executive Search Engagements are put through a 5-step process to ensure client satisfaction.
Stage 1: Define Objectives and Specification
- Ensure understanding of client's business and industry
- Obtain client position's scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting relationships, and profile of the desired candidate
- Develop our search plan
- Review search plan with client
Stage 2: Identify and Assess Candidates
- Identify and confirm target sources and network of contacts
- Identify candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates
- Narrow list of candidates
- Prepare background profiles
- Review profiles with client
- Obtain feedback from client
Stage 3: Interviews
- Facilitate client interviews of candidate
- Conduct reference checks
- Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses.
- Select finalists to be interviewed
- Obtain feedback from client and candidates
Stage 4: Select Candidate
- Conduct finalist interviews
- Negotiate salary and benefits
- Obtain feedback
Stage 5: Follow Up
- Ensure smooth transition for candidate
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Obtain feedback
Hreshko Consulting Group will follow through during the transition and completion of the hiring process. We will follow-up on a quarterly basis during the first year to ensure successful integration and mutual expectations.
